Vitamin D For The Soul

Vitamin D has multiple roles in the body. It assists in promoting healthy bones and supports immune, brain and nervous system health.  Vitamin D also regulates insulin levels and supports diabetes management as well as supports lung function and cardiovascular health.  We all need a little break!  What better way to get a dose of Vitamin D through a little sun siesta.  Try it!  It feels oh-so-good!
