I had the the most amazing time this weekend celebrating with some of my favorite friends.  Today I will spend the day at BLUSH then go out with my family to our favorite Japanese restaurant.  I am so grateful for my family, wonderful friends, my thriving business, health and many blessings!  Happy Birthday!  Happy Year!  Happy Life!  And many many more!

Have A Great Weekend And Make Cookies!

These are my favorite!  Chocolate Drop Cookies!

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3⁄4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3⁄4 cups sifted flour
1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 cup cocoa
1⁄2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
 
Directions
Mix shortening, sugar and egg.
Stir in milk and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda, salt and cocoa, stir.
Add nuts.
Chill 1 hour.
Heat oven to 375°F.
Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
